I am a single parent with 2 teen aged girls and I must say that we feel very very comfortable at Heather Ridge. Being a single mom, there are so many things to worry about, but one thing that I don't have to worry about is that the girls and I feel safe, we can walk around the neighborhood and not feel like someone is going to jump at us. I feel comfortable in letting the girls walk to Bowie Town Center. The staff are very very friendly and attentive to our needs. The staff knows me and girls very well and I feel like we're one whole big family looking out for another. Whenever the maintainance is needed, the guys make sure that I am home since I am a single mom with 2 girls and I appreciate their sensitivity. The girls and I have been here for 2 years and plan to stay for another 2 more years. The price is worth the environment, friendly staff, and awesome amenities!!!!!!!!

Electric - It all depends on how much you use..In the winter months it averages about $185 per month....Summer months about $125 per month. Also, I do my laundry on the weekends (cheaper that way with BGE) Water - about $20 per month.... When I moved in the apartment was in a excellent shape...the carpet was brand new, brand new kitchen appliances...no complaints...As a matter of fact, I am getting ready to transfer to a newly renovated apartment here at Heather Ridge and I am looking forward to it.....
