A little more expense than some places, but the apartments are really nice. The location is convenient - just off Rte 50 with plenty of shopping, restaurants and movie theater nearby. Apartments are just a few years old with new appliances. Grounds and common areas are well-kept. Nice pool, but shallow (4 feet is deepest point.) No elevator so move-in can be a little tricky. No reserved parking spot for each apartment (unless you pay extra for a carport or garage). I have to park a block or so away from my apartment if I come home later than 8:30 pm.
My first move-in to my 3-bedroom was well-organized, and I knew all the details in advance. When I moved from a 3-bedroom to a 1-bedroom in the same building, the process was a little chaotic. I didn't have a firm move-in date until the week before, and that was only after several phone calls, emails and faxes. I couldn't move into the new apartment on my scheduled move-in day because the paperwork wasn't ready. Luckily since I was moving just across the hall, I didn't incur any added expense for a moving van, etc because of the extra day.
