My Experience @ ABTC From: DFC317 Date posted: 4/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My expereince living at Archstone Bowie Town Center has been one that I truly hope to never experience again. I will more than happy when my lease is up and I can move. From the trash being dumped outside of the dumpters and sitting for some time, to the cats that are constantly lurking, to the staff that is not accomodating or knowledgeable , to maintenance who NEVER follows through on request to the noise level in my building from neighbors who are constantly fighing and blasting their music. I am a PT Assistant Property Manager in a luxury High Rise in Old Town Alexandria and if I managed my office the way that this complex is managed we would never be at 99% occupied constantly.
