Don't be blinded by the cosmetics of this all but falling apart community. It was trouble from the start, but we were so blinded of how nice an area it was that my fiance and I really thought it would be a good move overall. Unfortunately we are constantly reminded for the next 8 months left in our lease of how bad of a choice this really was! We were flagged in the beginning and still we proceeded! The poor communication, lack of customer service, and undoubtedly bad practice of business should have told us to look else where. All the way up to our move, we had drama with the management. It is a disappointment and turn-off to live in the Bowie community altogether off this one experience. This is my fiance and I first place together, and rather it being a wonderful experience, it has been nothing but one disturbing infliction after another. Now I have had my share of bad apartments, but at this supposed scale of lifestyle and location--I see through the ficade. So, beyond the inadequate customer service and inconsistent management, it is a "great" place to rent (yeah right)!

I completely agree with this review. And, just for the information of anyone reading this, Bowie Town Center is now known as Meridan at Bowie. Again. Don't be fooled. The name may have changed but the problems have not!
