When my lease is up or if this builder buys me out first! From: So_Secure Date posted: 12/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Ok let me start by saying... I have lived in some nice places and some short-term places just to get my foot in the area, but this is a hot mess... Really it's not too bad, but when I moved in to my apartment they was under Archstone mngmnt, but now they are under new mngmnt and sh8t is still bananas... My rent is pretty expensive for one person, but hey... I wanted to fell comfortable like I have in my past.. Ok When i moved in: It took them about 4 months to put my name in the gate center, It took them 3 months to give me the keys to the gym, I never got the information for what security systems we use, some ---- Head parked in my space the other (that I am paying for), the post office keeps putting the previous tenants mail in my mailbox, YES THE TRASH DUMPSTER ARE A PHUCKIN MESS, GHETTA AZZ NIGGAS/WIGGAS yes we got white folks over here too..Some of these lazy ass people don't take the time out to put the damn trash in the dumpsters when I took my trash out this morning .... man there was madddd trash on the side of the dumpster, I opened the trash shoot and there was no overflow.. see that is just purrrrr-laziness!... Last month the Dumpster was full like that before, and I called and spoke to the little man in the office and all he cried about was he was the only person in the office today... like I give a rats monkey A$$!... I think it was his job to make it his business to walk, run, hobble, crawl, jog, slide his little frigle a$$ overthere to check on it then call the proper team for clean up.....just damn lazy! I know onething... if I find something more than cats over in that grabage I am calling OSHA next time!!... Even if that is the wrong people to call I will be calling the news team to look at how unhealthy this over expensive complex is... with all them damn police officers living there and no body never says anything!... ok.. Part 2 coming up when I move out!... Peace happy holidays! OH YEAH!... some of these lazy ass folks that got pets need to walk them in their rightful areas in the back!!!!..don't get me wrong I love puppy dogs.. but the damn sign says walks dogs in the back... on infront of the buildings!
