Do not rent here. I have been here almost 2 years. It has been an absolute nightmare. My lease is almost up and I am literally counting down the days and hours. The parking situation is awful, the trash is always overflowing and nasty. The noise is unbelievable. There are some straight up ghetto people living here now. The new management sucks. If you can take a hot shower, it's a treat. The water is cold 80% of the time. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially at these prices.
