Nice place to live but.......

I am a new resident and I love the apartment.

Let me first start off by saying I have been in constant contact with the rental office since I moved into my place in reference to some of the small issues with the apartment. They have told me several time that they will have maintenance come around and as of today, the majority of problems hasnot been done...
