Not secure In the last 3 months, there have been 3 house breakins!!! 2 cars had their tires stolen! Do not feel safe at all. We have no idea what the management has been doing or plans to do about this!

Best in this area This apartment is the best in this locality. Excellent maintenance. Close to eating place, shopping. right close to 301 and 50 but little inner opposite to toyota center so that you have no noise from highways. I am completely satisfied with this.

Value for money = NO The rent is high. When I compared other apartments in nearby cities such as Crofton, this was not the case. The management always says that their occupancy rate is above 98%. But I have seen multiple apartments in my building alone that have been empty for months. Also

So far so good I moved to the area and found Heather Ridge 3 months ago. I am happy with my choice. No insects. Quiet neighbors. Ample parking. Everything works. There were a couple of repairs that were needed when I first moved in. They were taken care of the next day.

Nice Place to Live I have lived at Governor Green Apts. for over 4 years. The leasing office and maintenance staff has been courteous and helpful. Maintenance concerns are fulfilled correctly in a timely period. Shubbery and play area are both well maintained. Ample parking is available.
