You're right. More often than not the real property manager is not there, and the office is staffed by random employees of the management company, Sawyer something or other. Speaking as current resident, this rude lady probably did you a favor; otherwise you actually have decided to live here.

OMG I thought it was just me. The property manager is so rude. I can't stand her. I will be glad when my lease is up.
