RE: Renewal of Lease Agreement

I am writing to declined continuation of my lease agreement, the apartment will be vacant as of 4/30/07. The reason I am declining another year at Finchley Square Apartments, are many! I feel complied to state several conditions in this departure letter.

The continuous leakage of the ceiling in numerous locations throughout the apartment. The main area was the living room, where my furniture was damaged. I have reported this leakage problem over ten times throughout the two years. The response from the rental office has always been, it s the gutters!

The infestation of roaches! The roaches have become so bad that their crawling on the wall of the hallway, before you even get into the apartment. I have had the provided service done numerous times, yet it did not help the problem. I suggested to the rental specialist, that spraying the entire building will be more productive.



The lack of commutation between the rental office and the residents of the community. I have called the emergency number regarding leaks, heat, and pluming. I wouldn t get a call back! The last incident, I had no heat for three days! I was force to abandon my apartment. I was appalled at the fact that no one contacted me for three days.

The above conditions have been addressed numerous times, via telephone messages, and one to one conversations with Navia Scott the Rental Specialist. Throughout the last two years at Finchely Square Apartments, I have been very displeases with the commitment to residents. I did not receive the treatment I should have for 18,540.

I hope this letter will aid in the improvements of Sawyer Realty, for the hard working minority population of residents, which deserve a quality rental provider.

i agree to this letter ...the rental office lady is doesnt do ----..there is 1 maintence man for more that 200 units ..there is always police towing ur car. picking with your company..i am declinig my lease also come April...I HATE FRINCLHEY SQUARE
