Hotbed of crime

I am not a resident of Finchley Square, but I am a neighbor. I would like to warn all prospective tenants that Finchley Square is a well-known hotbed of crime that is responsible for much of Brentwood's crime problems. Many recently paroled offenders and foster children are living there, and the city police are expending disproportionate efforts dealing with the crime there, to the point where they the police department is unable to patrol other areas of the city. Move in at your own risk!
