Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This apartment complex is the absolute worst! Whereas the apartments are nice and spacious, some of the appliances don't work. The maintenance guys come in your apartment without prior notice. The management staff is not friendly or personable at all. The are shady...do not trust them with anything. I have asked that somethings be fixed in my apartment and 5 months later, they are still broken. Even when I tried to contact Grady management nothing was resolved. Awful complex!
