They promised that the carpet stains would be removed by the time we moved in. However, the carpet was still stained on move in day. When we asked them to clean the carpet, they sent in some contractors who left the door unlocked after they replaced the carpet.
They pay for the water, however the water is heavily restricted. "I hope you like to wash clothes for 4 or 5 hours because that is how long it will take you to do one load of laundry." Finally, the staff members are liars!!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM---READ THE LEASE VERY CAREFULLY---They tried to cheat us. Make sure the dollar amount on the lease balances out to how many months you live there.
