I was a resident at the this complex. I agree with all the people that noted how deceiving this establishment is. Nothing works accurately in the apartment. I lived here for 14 months and maintained all my obligations to the complex only for them to take my security deposit reason being that they had to replace the carpet. The carpet did not need replacing. They will find every reason to keep your security deposit. The current managment doesn't have good follow through. You do have to called maintenance on more a few occassions before someone comes out. Information provided at times of rental is inconsistent with what the actully rental policy is. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The current Management is a liar and very deceiving. By the way, her telephone number is 301-890-6795. In the past few months, crime has increased significantly. Car theft and breaking an entry.

This person isn't being totally honest I don't think, I've been here since Aug 05, and there has not been any break and/or increases in crime. I feel very safe walking to my building at night. There are really young kids that live here and no older kids/people hanging out They might have been bitter about the loss of their security deposit. The management has changed since I've been here but they are very responsive and we really haven't had any major issues.

I wouldn't be suprised if you are a member of the Leasing Office. I imagined my husbands car getting broken into and the other cars that got broken into as well. And I guess the other people that are complaining about this same complex are mad too. Like I said.....This is a horrible apartment complex and I WOULD NOT recommend them to any one.
