Terry is very nice and understanding as well if u need assitance she is there in a flash. HAPPY RESIDENT AT COUNTRY PLACE My experience here has been nothing but wonderful since my first day i moved here in 2010.
The staff is down to earth, pleasant and attentive to my needs.
The eat in kitchens are huge, large living rooms and bedrooms.
My neighbors are one of a kind:)

if you want things done right you need to get in touch with their headquarters, nothing ever gets repaired properly. Have called about the same issue at least 5 times in the past year and a half.
Would not recomment this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible management The leasing center is very unfriendly and very hard to communicate.Management staff ( black woman) is so unprofessional and rude, rude, rude. I hate her!!!!I cannot wait to leave this community. My last BGE electricity bill almost $ 600. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE. POOR MANAGEMENT IM GETTING OUT OF LEASE 6MONTHS EARLIER. IT SNOWED ON FRIDAY AND IT IS NOW MONDAY WE STILL HAVE NOT SEEN A PLOW TRUCK YET. I WILL MISS YET ANOTHER DAY OF WORK BECAUSE I CANT EVEN GET OUT OF COMPLEX. WE PAY ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR POOR SERVICE.

They don't do maintenance here I can attest to most of these negative reviews. Usually, you'll find maintenance hanging out at their maintenance shed instead doing upkeep on a community that is obviously in dire need of it. Also, I don't think they've ever cleaned out the

WE MISS RAE AND PATTY THIS COMMUNITY HAS DEFINITLY DETERIORATED SINCE PATTY AND RAE HAVE RELOCATED. THERE WERE RULES THAT WERE ADHERED TO IN A TIMELY MANNER, OTHERWISE RESIDENTS WERE ELIMINATED FROM THE PROPERTY. THERE WAS A PET POLICY REGARDING TYPE AND SIZE OF ANIMALS WHICH AT THE TIME
