We moved into our apartment in September 05 and so far have had no major problems. We love the open floor plan and are amazed at how spacious the rooms and closets are. Thankfully, our building must be one of the more quiet ones as we have never had inside noise issues. There have been a few nights where people have been outside and gotten rowdy, but for the most part, if our windows are closed, we don't hear much. We know that apartments attract young people, so some "party noise" is expected. The pet "refuse" is a problem, however short of 24 hour surveillance, management has absolutely no way of knowing which pet owners are following the "clean-up rule" and which are not. I know it wouldn't be a glorious job, but it would be nice if they would hire someone to at least keep the sidewalks clear. Other than that, our experiences with the administrative office and maintenance staff have been wonderful. Everyone is courteous and any problems we have had were handled in a timely manner. Also, big thank you to the staff for the excellent job of cleaning the parking lots and sidewalks this past winter!
