I just moved in and the complex is very nice. However, I have had great difficulty getting maintenance requests filled in what I consider to be a timely manner. After 4 days of waiting the only request I have had filled was for a sink with a terrible leak, which to their credit they fixed quickly. I just spoke with the manager though and he is in no hurry nor apologetic about the wait for the rest of my requests which include some minor leaks and a broken lock.
