This place may look nice on the outside but once you move in don't expect for the staff to make you feel welcome. The management at the apartments of wildewood are terrible if you have a problem or a question they just beat around the bush the most you can get out of them is "i'll make a note of that" But that note they made never seems to become anything more then just a note. the great amenities we have... yeah they are good... 2 pools, hot tub, fitness center, bikes... i've been here for almost a year and have never seen the hot tub able to be used. the past couple days only 1 of the pools have been opened if somthing is wrong with one of the pools that is fine but when you call the management to see why 1 of the pools has been closed you just get a lady with an attitude "cory" I wouldn't have had to call if I would have gotten a straight answer the first time I asked I was told by an employee in the leasing office "I don't know" well you are the one in the office you are the one people are going to come to maybe you should know. Also I had a problem with my hot water for over a month. I had to take cold showers for over a month before the proble was fixed. For a week or so they just sent out maintence to hit the reset button... well after the first couple times it doesn't work maybe you should try somthing else! well then they had to "order a part" Well a week or so later the "part" never came in so I call the office and talk to the wonderful staff and they just say "the work order is in somone will be out" well over a month later they finally put in a new hot water heater and what happens they dry fire it... so I have to go another couple days before that can be fixed. 1 more thing and then I will be done... the safety stuff other people have mentioned needing a key card thing to get into the buildings, well my door was broken hanging off the top hinges for a good couple weeks maybe even a month. Good thing you can't get in the door huh, anyone could have walked through ours! and what do they do say "we are getting it" and after it still hadn't been fixed I call again and they tell me "they had to wait for the screws to come in" I may not be mr. fix it but there is a lowes down the street i'm sure they have the screws you needed! If you need the office hope they are there, most of the time they close early or just close for no reason so even if you do need to get ahold of the staff you have to wait till they make it back to the office.
