I have recently moved back to the area and came back to Laurel Glen apartments for the price. However, I was plesently suprised at the maintenance changes and office changes made. In the past, management was never in the office, maintenance was shotty, apartments and hallways were never cleaned or kept up. They are now replacing many uncared for carpets (And the community was only built in 2002!) They now have a newsletter and are fixing up the hallways. The office is there 5 days a week and there is a 24 hour emergency number for maintenance. I'd like to tell the staff, "Job well done and keep up the hard work." I know with our community it may be harder due to no pool, fitness center or other amenities but they are doing a great job!

They've gotten worse. They reduced their office hours at this location to 3 days a week and that only includes one person. If they're out and about on the premises then Good Luck, try again in 2 days. It took the emergency guy 45 minutes to an hour to get here when the fire department was called and apartments were evacuated for a still unknown reason (3 months after the fact). Hallways are still not clean even after replacing the carpet with tile. I did see a cleaning service in here at one point but it doesn't look like they even vacuum the steps.
