From reading the other reviews, not much has changed!
The grounds are overgrown with weeds and there is always trash overflowing out of the dumpster. Two of the street light bulbs have been blown for about 8 weeks & it's very poorly lit. There is never any parking at night and the spots are too small.
You can hear everything thats going on in the other apartments at all hours, so i dont think theres much insulation. The carpets in the hallways finally got replaced last month, before that it was stained and disgusting.
The apartment itself is not fitted with very high quality products. If there are any problems, maintenance show up with a work order from the office that says you called that same day, even if it's been a week since you called. Maintenance always do a good job & are friendly, unlike the other apartment staff. I've had negative comments from visitors and will never rent in a large apartment block again.
