This was a nice place when we first moved in, everything was new. However withing 6 months of moving in, trash started moving in, destroying the area. Trash in the hallways, food, beer cans, on a Monday Morning you had to dodge the weekend trash just to leave the complex. They rent to young adults in the very short time I lived there, I personally witnessed, in my commen area, a drug bust, tennenant pulling guns on other tennants, fights from drunken young adults at 1,2,3,4, etc in the morning, police being called multiple times. This place is complete getto and unless you enjoy the getto dont mover here, go somewhere else. The staff is a pathetic group of individuals,The manager could not even manager her own life much less run a complex, when we first moved in and there was a problem, we would call them and they would do a write up to let the other tennent know there was a problem, after the drug bust we were told everything had to be in writing, How am i supposed to get you a letter about a drug bust when I am scared to death to leave my apartment because I may be shot, mugged, or any thing else. they also let dogs on the floor above and the people used to leave their dog out on the balcony all day
your their dog used to pee on the balcony which went right down to ours, DISGUSTING.
Noise level was horrible, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, dumpster is disgusting, trash and dog crap everywhere, hallways disgusting, parking is non existant, and if you do get a spot some kid with either hit it with their bike, or skateboard or the person that parks next to you will slam thier door into you car and you will have dents everywhere. Take a lesson from me, rent somewhere else....ps, i also heard rumor that they will be section 8 soon, i am not sure but i think half the trash that lived there were section 8 to begin with because they rented to familys that had 5 kids and a 2 bedroom apartment....ok where did everyone sleep. YUCK
