Well...lets just say i didn't look around enough before i chose to live at Laurel Glen. When i first moved in it seemed ok, other than the fact that you could hear absolutely everything that your neighbors were doing..but i guess thats just apartment life. When i fist moved in I could see that the carpet was in dire need of replacement but management refused to replace it. The parking is horrible, when i actually can find a sopt its a miracle if i can walk out the next morning and not have egg all over my car from the inconsiderate people that live in the community.
To say the least i dont feel safe here when i wake up in the middle of the night and i hear some one with there keys in the door trying to get in!! Only one problem..I live alone. Despite the fact that i am a good tenant and have never paid my rent late. its like pulling teeth to get any repairs done, And the half ass job they do i should have just done it my self. The office is always closed and i mean ALWAYS! There supposed to be open Mon, Wed, Fri,and Sat, you might see them there a day or two a week. They really need to find staff that actually care about there job. To say the least i can not wait until my lease is up so i can get the heck out of there. You're not exaggerating at all! And I mean that. Don't forget the trash service issues and lack of cleanliness throughout the grounds including within the hallways.
