Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
i lived there for 9 months, and it was awful. management needs customer service/people skills. the 1 bedrooms are smaller than some hotels you rent, and maintenance calls go un answered for periods of time.

if you must move here, let it be on a month to month lease, so that you can roll when the time comes. don't lock yourself into a year long contract
