Its hard to know what to say about these apartments. It really depend on what side you stay on. The side I stay on, which is on Addison Road is quiet. My neighbors are cool. The only problem I have is parking. The dumb ass people that live on the street like to park in the parking lot, which leave the people that live inside the parking lot with nowhere to park.
I havent had much problems out of them. Maintenance responds to my calls within 48hours and the Emergency Maintenance is great - they respond always right away. The only reason I have really needed to call them is because I live on the bottom floor, so I experienced some issues a few times with my toilet or sink getting clogged. But that's it.
Other than that, the apartment is just SMALL. And I mean SMALL. But if your single, then your straight because you have enough space for just 1 person. Oh, and you can forget about getting a dinning room table in that damn small ass apartment. That is the main thing that pissed me off.
But the other side on Elkridge Lane is off the hook. Ghetto as hell. Noisy kids, noisy adults - just noisy. In the summertime, its like a 3 month block party that never ends over there.
If you decided to check these apartments out, ask the leasing office to put you on Addison Road. And, ask to speak with the Manager cause that new ----- they have working in there at the front desk is like a walking damn attitude. I wonder what happened to the other girl they had'
