Hello Everyone,

My name is ----- I am the new leasing consultant at Addison Chapel Apts. And by reading you all's reviews things are not looking so good. I would like to be the first to extend an ear and become a listener. I would like your feedback on how we can change our community. I would like to know what does it take to keep our residents happy and have an overflow of potential applicants. I would first like to apolojize to everyone who has ever had a bad experience here at Addison Chapel Apts. That is not our mission nor is it our goal to have current and former resident in such dissapointment.

For 1, remind ms carrie that she is the property manager and should act as such. She is very offensive at times. Becareful about what you say to people.

well let me just say yes mrs.carrie is a $%^&* first off you all need to get rid of her second the apts. are really small the closet doors constantly falls off track my refrigerator has been leakind since i moved in my oven stops worknig often and it is extremely hot in the summer time and you all put a tiny little air conditioner in the living room to cool the whole unit then in the winter you all control the heat and you turn it on only when it like 30 or lower and that doesnt do much the buildings have roaches bad and ive seen a mouse and i keep my apt very clean and neat the toilets get stopped up very easy and my neighbors are annoying so theres a list of things you can start from and plenty mcuh more where that came from
