Please, please do not move here. You will be sorry. You can do much better. Do not be deceived by the outward appearance of the rental office, the friendliness of the staff when you visit, or even how easy it is to get approved. There is a reason for that. All of that will change once you sign the lease. The turnover rate is high here. Maintenance takes their time in responding to calls. I spoke with a tenant who recently moved in who stated she was breaking her lease. She didn't realize the property was so Ghetto. I told her I was moving as soon as my lease was up. I see people moving out (sneaking out) in the night. People hang out at the front door where you can hardly get in. Most of them do not live in this building. This is not safe for a women entering the building. Even though the manager has changed, the staff is the same with the same mentality. I smell drugs as I enter my building. My neighbors are noisy. I have mice in my apartment. I am trying to save you and your family a year of regret and heartache. Do your homework-You can do better.

Problems? I don't see how having only one phone jack in an apartment is a problem. Thats standard in most apartments built over 10 years ago. Closet space? Room size? Didn't you know the size before you moved in? Seems like bad planning on your part. The drugs smell--ok, you got me there, but you need to call the police when you smell it. Managemnt cannot knock on doors and ask if they are doing drugs. Plus, its dangerous. As long as there is not a "no smoking sign" then it is ok to smoke there since its consider a "residence".

management is terrible at this place...for management to even post something like this just goes to show that all they care about is themselves....management, are you really serious with that reply?...Scott management needs to get that together....

Obviously you do not have a PC if you think one jack is ok. And I admit, I did not do the planning I should have. That's why I can tell others-Do not move here. You live and trust me I have learned. So you think smoking drugs ok. That exactly the mentality of people at Addison Chapel. You have proven my point. Thank you.
