Capital Courts Apartments

its ok if dont drive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I lived here in 99-02 we did not have any problems with roaches, but if you drive a car it will be stolen or towed, take your pick. The apartments are tiny, theres no where to park and the apartment are a bit run down. Remember the neighborhood you are moving in to. Also I almost forgot my neighbor(a female)was killed in her apartment.
