These apartments are SMALL. It's alot of KIDS, which is OK if they have manners, but majority didn't. I remember two incidents that some kids threw COLORED paint on cars in the complex. The kids weren't punished, management didn't seem to really care. Another incident where cars in the complex (random cars) just had their windows shattered for no apparent reason, not sure if it was an act of kids or what, but your car wasn't all that safe. If you like the sound of gun shots, hearing people arguing all hours of the day and night, seeing fights out in front, wither it's kids or adults, then this is the place for you! They need to remodel the apartments espically the kitchens and the bathrooms. An the closet, the so called walk-in closet in the master bed-room in the 2 bedroom was I don't know what it was, but it was like a whole in the wall. Maintenance wasn't all that great! Roaches was a problem espically if you lived in a building with dirty people. Oh but there balconies were a nice size other then that, don't waste your time, or money. You can find something much nicer for the amount of rent that they want for these apartments.

This review is the truth nothing but the truth so help the CREATOR! Roaches are running wild at Capital Courts and they won't exterminate. Children are out of control and there is a fight outside at least 3 times a day and more at night. It ain't worth your time or money. They want rent on time but won't fix nothing, won't exterminate, won't keep the grounds clean or nothing. This place totally SUCKS.
