The apartments are very small. Maintenance sucks. It takes them months just to fix something. They try to keep the grounds up, but as soon as they pick up all the trash, there's trash back on the ground. The buildings smell like piss. Its ghetto fabulous!!!! The bathrooms and kitchens are a mess. For what you pay, it should be alot better. The price is reasonable, but not worth it, unless its all you can do.
