I lived here 6 months and moved.... The apartments are too small... I have had 4 water leaks. Maintenance never fixes anything. Its a million kids outside all day and all night... The rental office staff is very unprofessional and never knows anything. The lost the keys to my apartment four times and each time claimed I never brought them a copy...

Ok, now lets talk about the Roaches... I have spent soooo much money on bombs and sprays and traps and nothing helps. They do clean the buildings but by the end of the day the kids have dropped everything from candy to McDonalds bags all over the place... The worse things for me were the roaches, maintenance, office staff and the loud kids all night long... As soon as I found out I was having my first child I realized I needed to go ASAP... I took pictures of everything that was wrong (i.e holes in the ceiling from water that Maintenance never came back and fixed) and I was quickly let out of my lease...
