Never Again!!!!

I lived at Capitol Courts for a year and a half. It was the worst apartment home I have ever resided in. Yeah, they reel you in with the nice model apartment, but trust me, the other ones, look NOTHING like that. As soon as you walk into the majority of the buildings, you are hit by the smell of piss.....DISGUSTING!!! Next, there's usually trash and drug paraphanalia strewn all throughout the buildings and in front of them. Most apartments do not even have screens on the windows or screen doors for the balconies/patios and if they do, they are either falling off and/or just plain ole raggedy. My balcony door was taped and the handle kept falling off. The bathroom floor tiles were filthy and I literally had to get on my hands and knees and scrub with lysol & bleach, just to get the dirt and grime up. The walls were shabby that if you lightly pushed on them, you could feel them moving slightly, especially in the bathrooms. I had to do some minor repairs just to be able to come home to a decent apartment. I'm surprised I even stayed that long, but the only good thing about these is that the rent is reasonable but Capitol Courts is truly a SLUM VILLAGE. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
