How can you all say these things and still be living at the property' Why stay so long if you did not like the place and had so much bad things to say' Me personally if I don't like something I make it knownn and would not stay somewhere if I felt the way that you all are feeling. What I wanna know is lets be real what is the real reason for the dis' I am around that property all the time and know alot of the residents and they are happy. So are you all complaining because you were evicted; put out; or just did not want to follow the lease agreement' Please let me know, because like I said "I am always visiting and never heard any of these complaints. The staff really works with the residents from what I have heard.

Well first off, I think you may be what do we call them GHETTO? That JOINT? HUH. No I am not used to living in a bad environment but I believe that the lease is only one year at most places, so why did you stay six months past your lease end date? I guess it was all you could afford too huh? Last I checked Capital Courts did not have a 6931 so I don't what address you are talking about. The hallways smell like Fabuloso maybe you need to go back and check it out. I see the cleaners in the buildings every weekday morning that I have been there. The grounds keeper keeps the outside clean aswell. I am sorry that you don't like the place. Like I said before unless you are trying to say that all of your past neighbors are nasty and poor. "I visit friends often and they are happy". Everywhere has it's problems, I have yet to see a perfect home,or hear someone say that they have one. I am happy that you have found somewhere that you are happy with, everyone will not always like the same thing. Your time at Capital Courts could not have been all that bad, you had to have been happy at some point in time. I actually have a friend who lives in the building you stated and she is a neat freak so I don't know where you got this info from....must have been years ago. But everyone, like I said I like it, and I get paid for referring people to move in even though I am not a resident. I am not here to argue just to stick up for a nice place. It is all about sharing our opinions not to bash each other like children.

I think anyone that's happy around there is more than likely used to living in that type of environment. Some people may stay because they either can't get anything else or can't afford to live anywhere else. Not everyone can just up and move like that. I lived there for a year and a half and it was the worst place I've EVER resided at. Pissy hallways, dudes hanging out, cussing, drinking, smoking in the hallways, gambling. Not to mention the condition of the apartments, especially no screens, raggedy windows, no balcony screens. That joint is the PROJECTS!!!! Maybe you've never seen anything wrong because you're used to that type of environment. Go in 6931 or 6938 and the first thing you smell is Piss!!!
