Capital Courts Apartments have its up and downs just like any other place you live...The community is what you make it....Everyone living anywhere must come together to make a community a better home..I have lived here for 4 yrs. and yes there have been times of smelling hallways, but I would call the rental office to inform them of the situation.....Come on people let's work together and get the community together....Stop the bad talk because we have to live here....
