I lived here when it was the Old Walker Mill Garden when I was younger with my parents and now I am an adult with 2 children. I chose to move back in the Capital Heights area and I moved to Capital COurts....It is nothing like back in the day...I am really enjoying my stay here and feel comfortable. The office and maintenance is great because all my of issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner....Now, back in the day.......OMG!! I have seen a tremendous turn around here at Capital COurts Apts. and would refer people to come and join our community...
