Since i have lived on this property i have seen a dramatic turn around since 2001. i have been there through several property managers including Ms. Robinson who really tried to work with the residence to make Capitol Courts a place that people would want to make their homes.I will have to say Mrs. James has made a lot of changes for the better. the grounds are more cleaner, the problem residence and their guests have vanished, the noise level has disappeared, the outside appearance of the buildings with the glass touch made the property look more up to date. The apartments are spacious and grounds workers will not hesitate to come out to fix what you need. I would definitely recommend these apartments to live compared to when I first moved there.

did you have a bug problem or know if the property have roaches or rodents? can u please let me know, im asking every 1 but havent got a response yet from any1, but seen a resident when i was there monday and she said she had roaches
