I visited Capital Courts a few days last week and was really impressed about what I saw. The ground was maintained, the backs to the building was closed. The property really looked great. I lived there when it was the old walker mill graden before I moved to New York and boy let me tell you.....lol The staff in rental office was really down to earth and treated me fairly and heard my back in the day stories.... I am willing to move back to Capital Courts if the manager approve my application.. I was impressed with things I saw....Still a little hanging out but not like the old days....
