The complex has really gone down, Managment should be FIRED they are INCOMPETENT AND Getto. JUST BECAUSE THIS IS A SECTION EIGHT COMPLEX DO WE HAVE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY BY OUR OWN PEOPLE. KIDS HAVE NO RESPECT AND THEY HANG OUTSIDE ALLNIGHT I MEAN YOU WILL SEE THEM AT 3-6 IN THE MORNING NOT ONLY THE BOYS BUT GIRLS TO. MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE. MICE ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS HAVE TAKEN UP PERMANTENT RESIDENCE HERE.
TRASH IN HALLWAYS (WERE ARE THE CLEANING PEOPLE)
ITS LIKE WE ARE LIVING ON A SLAVE PLANTATION. (JUST SHUT UP AND BEAR IT). AND ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE RENTAL OFFICE KNOW IS YES'AH BOSS.

You don't have to shut up or bear it. Sometimes we just don't know where to turn to get help. Central Gardens is managed by Edgewood Management Corporation and you can start by reporting them to HUD. A lot of times when tenants have subsidized or section 8 housing they feel that they have no voice, but you do. Edgewood is being paid by the government for providing low income and section 8 housing. The government is probably paying them more than some of the better apartment around per unit each month. That is why you need to report them to HUD. Document every time that you call the rental office and who you speak with, so you will have a record to use against them. It is a shame that the rental office personnel can't put in a maintenance call for services. They act like the money comes out of their pocket. Do they realize that they are contributing to the problem? They are the main culprits. Edgewood is getting away with murder. They are pocketing every dime of money that the government is paying them and they are not keeping up their property. Report them! Have your neighbor to do the same. Keep praying and God will deliver you.

Well all I can say is....If you didn't need to live at Central Gardens you wouldbn't be putting your name on the waitlist, or even living there IFS ITS SO BAD. It's not the rental office's problem to solve our peoples problem. Get up take your ass to work and then you can complain about your living conditions. Until then, stop posting comments on blogs when you sitting at home using my tax dollars to pay your rent. If you got kids, and laid down for that 5 minutes of pleasure your should be educated enough to get your ass up to work and live better. This ---- is pitiful a blog about how made the management and property is...that ---- should motivate you to move and get your own. but instead all of yall are content with your drug dealing ass baby daddies coming to your place of residence fuking it up! GO FIGURE! I live here and work...so the next time your figures want to hit a computer it should be to look for a job! Not complain on a property that is ther to support your lacking ass's!

OK This is directed specifically to Blockahater. First off if you gonna try to carry someone, make sure you correct your typos "laid down for that 5 minutes of pleasure your should be educated enough to get your ass up to work and live better" and check your grammar "so the next time your figures want to hit a computer it should be to look for a job!" Are you educated enough to do that? Second, this is not about people who are on section 8, this is about the apartment complex's rental office and their poor behavior, lack of people skills, lack of ability to meet residence's needs. You live here and work here, oh so you the one we talking about huh? You the one not filing the maintenance reports or fixing or cleaning a damn thing. And third, while you up here ignorantly going on people, not one person that posted said that they were on section 8 themselves, they simply said because it is a complex that accepts section 8, they don't feel they should be treated the way that they are, but your nasty come back just basically gave them a stronger case to say you all ain't ---- and they need to revolve your ass right out the door too. You know it doesn't help to just have a job, you need to be good at what you do, go work on that! Fourth, you should also know that not all people on Section 8 lack education, motivation, or common sense. Quite honestly section 8 is simply people who have made some bad decisions in life and ended up needing assistance. Just like you, you made a bad decision in life to work in the rental office and now somebody need to assist your ass up outta there, because once again, you can't just have a job, you need to be good at what you do and you my dear are not, if you were, you wouldn't have complaints like the one posted here or the ones out on the street that I have heard that just haven't posted on here yet. I mean do you need to be on section 8 so we can find you a new job? Block a hater? Hating on what? Your lack of efficiency? Your minimal grammar skills? Your inability to win a spelling bee? Your inability to focus? Your one track mind? I mean stop me when I get to what it is you think someone is hating on because I just don't see it. You come on here with this completely off track statement simply because it is being put out there that you are not doing your job and someone told them to take it to the proper higher authority so you felt it necessary to try to make that individual feel like less of a person for stepping up and saying something. How dare you! That is the true problem with people now, they want to sit around and complain constantly but never do anything about the problem. I hope that your management company or HUD has read this and they do step in and solve the problem and remove you as part of the problem because this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. How about that was completely unprofessional for you to come on here like that? But you only validated that persons claims that you treat them reprehensibly simply because you think section 8 is beneath you. Well let me talk down to you for a bit. Do you have a degree? Did you even go to college? Did you graduate from high school or did you just get put in a rental office cause it was something easy you couldn't ---- up but have managed to anyway? I graduated from College, got my Bachelor's and my Master's degree and working on my doctorate and working in an office as an Executive Assistant and I have no shame in saying that if I needed to I would be on section 8 and would recommend it to any struggling individual, if you can get that help get it. I commend you for doing it because it takes some work to get that, a process that some people won't even take the steps to go through, but steadily complain about no one will help them. Get a life and worry about you and do your job, stop sticking your nose up in the air like you so much better cause with the attitude you displayed on here LITTLE GIRL (cause you acting like one!) you ain't ----!
