I've lived at Fox Club for 4 years. The first two, I had to deal with a noisy neighbor upstairs who literally had parties every weekend. Not only was it noisy but the rental office was totally unhelpful with the situation even after several written complaints. Next was the problem with mice. At one point there were so many that my wife and I took the kids to grandma's and stayed in a hotel. Not even in this situation did the management act fast. They simply told me that I would have to be put on the list for extermination. Finally due to the problems of drug dealers stashing drugs in the laundry rooms, the management has now bolted and locked them all. Maintainence has to be called to have them unlocked and hopefully they'll do it by the next day. This is the last straw. Needless to say, I'll be moving ASAP. Oh yeah, and my car has been broken into twice and stolen once.
