We have been living here since April 2005 and are anxiously awaiting the day our lease is up. I am looking for apartments right now so that I don't rush and end up in the same mess that I have been in for the past year. I HATE this apartment, we are having every problem that other readers have mentioned. The mice, maintenance problems, management problems, loitering, parking, crime, drugs and now roaches!!! All the negative reviews that you have read are true. I recently complained to Grady Management personally and nothing has been done yet. I pay my rent in full and on time and feel like I would be better off living in section 8. They have been chasing a mouse throught my apartment for 7 months and the mouse is winning. I have a 2 year old and everytime I hear him make a noise I think the mouse in near. I hate mice. I have to turn on all the lights in the house and wait to see what jumps out since I saw a roach fall from the kitchen ceiling. I could probably tell you the life story of the people on top of us because I can hear EVERYTHING!!!! I have never hated anything as much as I hate FOX CLUB APARTMENTS!! The rental office staff is full of liars and unqualified people. Then maintenance staff are all young weed-heads. All I can say is that I have definately learned my lesson the hard way, I should have looked around somemore before deciding to move here.
