Ok... If you live near the front

This was my first apartment. It was decent for ME to live in but I am looking forward to leaving bc I'm fed up and I fret for my gfs safety. Keep in mind these ratings only apply to me and what I have seen. I live on the ground floor and this insane resident above me is very inconsiderate as you can hear alot of whats going on there. They love to stomp when my music or tv is too loud for their taste but they'll have parties til... I don't even look at the clock it was so late. This noise war has been going on since... omm....August of last yr' If you want silence from the walls, buy a freakin house!!!
The rental office staff has changed at least 3x since I moved in July and they still can't get a right combination, all have been less than professional and courteous. Imagine getting a call from your mother(emergency contact) about a faulty noise complaint because management thought that "noise" was an emergency.
Mantenence will get to you when you feel like it and the hint of weed in the air is not an unusual occurance. I still have an occasional leak above my tub, maintenence came and ripped the hole wider and promised to be back within days to fix it, fast forward three months later.... still not fixed. No BIG problems with mice (though I've seen a couple) or roaches since I am a neat freak. One last thing to management: if you post a notice on the main door, SPELL CHECK or even a dictionary does wonders.
