First, all of what you see is true...shootings, break ins, robbery, car theft...all while there is a cop that lives on the premisis, has his car visible and a joke of a security patrol is outside in his car usually sleeping or talking on his cell phone. Management...I dont even think they know what that word really means because if there was true management, things would not be the way they are. Also, you always have to double check that the rental office posts your rental payments correctly and honor what they say they are going to do for you. That makes no sense to me since I do not work there, I live there...but not for long though. Its really sad that you get told that because you can afford to live within a certain means that you are subjected to made to believe that you should tolerate certain living condiditons. But no more...they can keep the security deposit, I will pay the fees associated and now that I can afford better, I will live better. Get it together Grady Management and Fox Club!
