Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Bad management: Approached them with problems they acted as if they were glad I was having problems...even sought court help to get outta my lease!
Unsafe: My car was vandalized 3 times...even the rental car I had for one day was vandalized
Unclean: There was a rat running around my apartment, I had to evacuate my apt for the night because I'd never seen one before in my life...management's solution' Go buy brillo pad and stuff it in a hole in the wall! (How bout fixing the hole buddy')
Bad element of renters: RAPIDLY DETERIORATED!!! There were few desirable candidates if you know what I mean.
GHETTO! And not at all FABULOUS!
GRADY MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE! I CALLED THE HEADQUARTERS SEVERAL TIMES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MANAGEMENT AND THEY IGNORED ME TOO! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
