MANAGEMENT IS POOR HERE, I HAVE NEVER LIVED ANYWHERE LIKE THIS PLACE. I LIVED IN SECTION 8 AND HAVE NEVER HAD THE PROBLEMS I HAVE OCCURRED WHILE LIVING HERE AT FOX CLUB. WE HAVE ROACHES, MICE, BEDBUGS IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING, AND HOT WATER WHENEVER IT DECIDES TO SHOW UP. MY CHILDREN HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR BEDBUGS BITES. I HAVE THE DOCTOR BILLS TO PROVE IT. THE APARTMENTS ITSELF ARE SPACIOUS BUT WHAT USE IS THAT IF YOUR NOT COMFORTABLE. IF YOU'RE HAVING TO SET TRAPS FOR MICE, THROW AWAY YOUR NEW BEDS BECAUSE OF BEDBUGS, PAY SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE CARPET BECAUSE BEDBUGS DWELL IN IT,GAMBLE WITH THE HOTWATER. I ASK YOU WHY WOULD YOU PAY RENT.

Hello, I would like to thank you for your honesty. I am looking for an apartmment for me and my two children. I did see the model apartment and it is very spacious as you have said. My only concern is roaches and mice. It seems as if you have been living there for quite some time now. Are you going to move soon? Why have you stayed there for so long with all of those problems. I am leaving my current area because of mice and roaches.

To the writer that posted the first message about the bed bugs. What building number did you live in? I will be moving into building 1929 at the end of this month.
