If you have kids or a female living alone, DO NOT move here... This is not a place to raise your kids... As they have tooo many unwanted guest. It seems like once I get rid of them as soon as someone else gets put out, which is like every damn month, they mulitply. Both, the roaches and the mice. I am about to just move out and let them have the place. Also, there have been several sexual assaults that have happened on the premises and to think that the damn rental office would have informed us for our safety, they said nothing. They now have the PG police parked on the grounds, this is the funniest. They never see nothing, never do nothing, so why are they there''' For all that they are doing, they could have just kept the top ssecurity gaurds. At least when I came home late, he was so busy trying to holla that he drove down to my building to watch me go in... MY advice,,, STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM RAT HOLE... And they have the damn nerve to raise RENT and call this place a LUXURY... BULLSHYT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AGREE 1000% I moved here in March 2008, and have seen my fair share of these unwelcomed guests. It took me to call the Main office SEVERAL times in order to get someone in there to even help. NOW there are more in my unit. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!
