I moved here in April 2008. Since I moved here I have been told nothing but lies. Upon moving in I was told that I would get new carpet, and a new countertop. To this day I have yet to see either!!!I live on the ground floor, and have had constant problems with the people that live above me. It sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. This is 24/7, 2:00am, 5:00pm, 4:00am it doesnt matter!!!1 There have been 2 sets of families that have lived there since I have been there. I have complained to the rental office but nothing has occured. Then there is the RODENT problem! We first saw a mouse in May, then June a couple of times. Then again in November we found a dead mouse in the kitchen. The only solution they have offered for mice is this powder solution and closed the holes. When you call the rental office about mice they act like you are complaining about a Ant. I hate it! Then almost every week you see a LARGE silverfish and my roommate has seen roaches. I am so ready to move. The parking is horrible! They pool is dirty. They spray painted the bathtub and it change to black tar in 2 weeks. I cant wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Dec 2008 update-Ok so with some talk with the rental office we are still not getting anywhere. We have threatened to break our lease several times and all they keep saying is that "we dont want to lose you as tenants". Well I dont care!!! Also, since we found the dead mouse in the kitchen, we have heard mice in the walls and have seen more droppings and 2 holes. We had them come close up those holes. They had the exterminator come and place some traps down, and put some "poison" around the kitchen. The maintenance men went in both of my bathrooms and made a mess. They used this stuff that swells once they put it on anything. It is used to close holes. Well I went under my bathroom sink the other day and that stuff was everywhere even stuck to some of my hair products. I called the rental office to let them know, complete waste of time. I dont understand if we keep complaining about mice that they would only exterminate our apt and not the entire bldg. I just hate living here and I cant wait to move! Hopefully its sooner than later.

That is true, the mices come in your homes and the traps outside doesn't seem to do anything but sit their. The maintenace suck and it has taken 2 month in order to get a diswasher repair, the security light been out around in fox culb for 4month. they are waiting for managment to approve the money. buy that time crime is committee and no one sees anything. The pool is always dirty i wouldn't allow my child in that dirty water. The people in the rental office can't seems to stay on track about nothing, except who paid their rent and who has not. The durgs dealer can't seems to stay out of fox club. The place is a ---- hole if you ask me. I can't wait until my lease is up to get the hell out of danger zone. Please look the other way and not at fox club. The place is not worth the money. They lie to make their selves look good.

I just moved out of Fox Club and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I am not going to begin to talk about the rodents!!!! They actually thought they were my roommate! Maintenance suck! The property management suck! Fox Club sucks!!! They never follow through on anything. Little kids vandalized my car, all people do is smoke weed in the building and the police around there see nothing. When you call the rental office they tell you to call the police! WTF??? Definitely not a good place to move.
