I've been a PROUD Glen Willow resident since January 2004. The apartment grounds are beautiful and the staff (Faye, Alwyn, and Donnell) are wonderful. For this apartment complex to be in the Seat Pleasant area, they are GORGEOUS. Since I've been there, we have had new flooring placed througout the hallways in every building and just recently, we had new, attractive iron fences put up. The floorplans are spacious and the property is cleaned on a daily basis. I especially appreciate management's professionalism when responding to the concerns of the residents. Mrs. Faye really has a genuine, warm heart and she in very compassionate. The parking is ample and the closet space is any shop-a-holic's fantasy!! The only complaint that I have is that management seems to focus more on beautifying the outside and not so much the inside. The apartments are older and could use some renovations in the kitchen and bathroom area. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FAYE (and Alwyn & Donnell)!!!! :)
