I think Glen Willow is a great place to start when you just beginning. The staff is excellent. Very responsive and kind. When there is a problem in your apartment the maintanence staff comes immediately if its an emergency for non-emergency issues they're there promptly the next day. I do have couple of issues but I'm sure its me being anal retentive. The walls are thin, I mean thin. You hear everything in your neighbors apartment. Here are a few example's: If you have a neighbor that plays moderate to loud music you will hear it. If you have a neighbor with an old box spring and mattress you will here everything. Oh and if you have a neighbor that smokes it will seep through the walls and you can smell it. One thing I love is that they keep the parking area clear for tenants. You can not park there if you don't have a permit (tenant or temporary). You car will get towed.

All in all Glen Willow has been excellent to me. I do recommend this complex. This is one of the better if not the best in this area.
