When I first moved in it was ok, but the outside area meaning the parking lots--start filling up with the neighborhood boys and that made me uncomfortable being as though I am a single parent of a young child! I did not want to let him see a negative image for young black males. As far as the apartment goes--it was nice and very affordable. The kitchen was kinda out dated but they did relay my tub for me and painted. The parking was not all that great becuase it was limited. And my car was broken into twice. In that area it does not matter what kind of car you have. If you did not have any kind of alarm or bar on your steering wheel it was stolen or broken into. I moved shortly after. You would think that they would not be so bold being as though the parking was in the front of the apartment building.
