The apartment itself is roomy but outside the doors is something else. Teens shooting guns in the courtyard and parking area behind the buildings. Teens using drugs and shooting dice in front of my building until the wee hours. The contractors that the rental office hire are the worst. The price is affordable and in three years I have only seen two roaches. The big bug problem is centipedes.
