I moved here back in 2003. Me,My husband and my son. We look around before moving in for about a week or so just to get a feel of the area. Wow it seems to be great. Honey, now its like a damn death hole. You have people using drugs inside the hallways of the building and in the basement and other places not to mention. You can't go outside without being afraid of getting shot and the parking is hella crazy. And they keep going up on the rent and the teneants don't see any improvement whatsoever. Not to metion they can't even keep the doors fix, but they are always blaming the tenants for everything. Hello maybe if you all tried another lock system things would change. And oh they just sent out a list to the whole community with everybody that was getting evicted on it. That was put in everybodys door to see whom was getting evicted. Damn how could you do that to people. And again they want to go up on the rent what the hell is really going on over there in 1211. If you don't have to move here DON'T. Looks can be deceiving. One thing I like about theis damn place is the Maintanece workers they help you out to the best of there ability and will come whenever you call. Good Job Maintanece

I used to live there and I'm the reviewer Channy & Channy28...That part about the eviction notices is off the hook. Why would somebody want to continue to live in a place like that. The economy is bad, so folks are trying the best they can. But to intentionally embarrass someone like that it totally disrespectful. Certainly, it's for no other purpose other than embarrassment.
